K.S.K, an experienced and highly skilled company that offers automotive panel beating, spray painting and original customizations, has developed an oil cooler kit for the Z900RS in collaboration with HOT STYLE. By adopting a design reminiscent of classic motorcycles, in which the oil cooler is mounted in tandem with the radiator, this kit enhances the neo-classic appeal of the Z900RS.

This oil cooler uses a method where the oil hoses for the cooler are routed from the oil filter cartridge, a technique commonly known as an "oil block" or "sandwich block." This structure, well-established and trusted in the automotive world, reflects the expertise of K.S.K as a car-focused shop.

Standard Model

The oil hoses extend downward from the oil cooler core. This simple and highly efficient style not only enhances functionality but also fills the gap around the exhaust pipes for a visual boost.

Side-Turn Model

The oil hoses are routed to the right side from the oil cooler core. By deliberately passing behind the cylinders, it recreates the classic Z-series style, where the oil line used to run directly below the cam chain tensioner at the back of the cylinders.

Customizable Options for Oil Hoses and Core Side Colors

You can choose between stainless steel mesh hoses and black nylon hoses. The oil cooler core side colors are available in silver, black, red, blue, and gold. With the combination of routing styles, oil hoses, and core side colors, 20 different customization options are available.
