[New Overseas Model] Limited to 300 units! Aston Martin's first road-legal model, the "AMB 002 Roadster," announced overseas

Aston Martin of the UK and Brough Superior of France have announced the "AMB 002 Roadster," the first road-legal motorcycle from the two companies. It will be produced in a limited run of 300 units, with deliveries scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2027. Availability and pricing in Japan are currently undecided.

Features a newly developed 1083cc liquid-cooled V-twin and titanium frame

The AMB 002 Roadster is the first road-legal model from the partnership between Aston Martin and Brough Superior. Following the track-only AMB 001 and AMB 001 Pro, it will be produced in a limited edition of 300 units.

The engine is a newly developed 1083cc liquid-cooled V-twin, producing a maximum output of 130bhp and a maximum torque of 110Nm. It is designed to prioritize low-to-mid-range torque while ensuring ease of use on public roads.

The chassis utilizes a CNC-machined titanium frame, with the frame itself weighing only 5kg. Combined with carbon fiber bodywork and a fuel tank, the vehicle weight is 190kg. The front suspension features the iconic Brough Superior double-wishbone "Fior" type fork.

Incorporates design inspiration from Aston Martin's four-wheeled vehicles

The styling was handled by Aston Martin's design studio, featuring a sleek carbon fiber body. It incorporates design elements from their four-wheeled cars, such as side strakes that penetrate the side fairing and wrap around the headlights.

The exhaust features ribbed heat sinks reminiscent of the "Vanquish" and "DB12 S," while the taillight uses the same blade-type design found on hypercars like the "Vulcan" and "Valkyrie." It also comes with premium features such as a keyless function and a hand-stitched leather seat.

Production will be carried out by hand at Brough Superior's headquarters in Toulouse, France. Initial orders have begun ahead of the delivery start in the third quarter of 2027, but availability and pricing in Japan remain undecided.
