This project picks up and introduces one bike that the editorial department is interested in from the "My Bikes" posted on the Webike Community. This time, we are featuring the SUZUKI "HAYABUSA", owned by "Rai".

HAYABUSA (1300cc) Owner: Rai

The "HAYABUSA" is the ultimate sports model that Suzuki is proud of. Since the first model appeared in 1999, it has continued to gather enthusiastic support from riders around the world for its overwhelming dynamic performance and unique styling that pursues aerodynamic characteristics.

The current third-generation model inherits the concept of "Ultimate Sport" from its predecessors while being equipped with the electronic control system "S.I.R.S. (Suzuki Intelligent Ride System)". It has evolved to allow for fine-tuning of engine characteristics, traction control, and more, making it possible to handle its immense power more safely and comfortably. It is Suzuki's flagship model that demonstrates high performance in a wide range of scenes, from long-distance touring to sports riding.

Rai actually purchased this HAYABUSA as a substitute bike while another large sports model was being repaired. It is a surprising story to choose a flagship model as a substitute, but it seems that after actually riding it, he realized its stability and comfort.

<From My Bike Comments>

■Purchase motivation, usage, and comparison models

I bought it as a substitute bike while my M1000rr was being repaired.

■Pros

Because of its weight, it feels incredibly stable while riding.
The foot reach is good, and the seat is not too hard, so it was good that it doesn't get tiring even on long distances.

■Cons

Because the bike body is heavy, it is tiring to push by hand.
I feel it might be harder to turn in corners compared to other bikes? It's not that much of a concern, though.

■Advice for those who are going to buy one

I thought it was a well-balanced bike overall.
I think the riding, comfort, and stability are good.
However, since the bike has weight, women or men who lack strength might want to be a little careful.
It was good among the bikes I have ridden so far.

■Future custom plans

I only rode this bike during the repair period, so I finished without doing any particular customization.

Although it was for a short period, Rai was able to fully experience the high level of perfection and the good ride quality of the HAYABUSA.
