Build With Shiny Parts: ZRX1100 Custom

Shabon dama's ZRX1100

The Kawasaki ZRX1100 has a lot of shiny parts, including polished Gale Speed wheels, buffed Wheelie swingarms, and a billet head cover as well. The engine internals remain stock, but the intake and exhaust have been modified. Also, this one has been cared for appearance with covers.

Of course, these parts are not just shiny. While the head cover is buffed, the engine covers on both sides (also made of Wheelie billet) are finished with champagne anodizing. The carburetor is gun metallic Yoshimura TMR-MJN, which helps the luster balance overall. The ZRX1100/1200 series offers a wide variety of aftermarket parts, so even if the emphasis is on quality and looks, it can be put together in this way.

Handle

The front brake/clutch master cylinder is a Brembo radial pump. The mirrors are by Magical Racing and the steering stem is made by Wheelie.

Bodyworks

The seat is made by Shabon dama, supreme seat, which is installed in many bikes. The grab bars are also made of aluminum to match the overall color balance.

Electrical

Under the seat, the fender is removed and also has a storage space for small items. The ignition system is a AS Uotani SP-II with a plasma booster already installed.

Engine

The engine internals remain stock. The Active's subframe and Wheelie's head cover/sprocket cover/breather cover were buff finish, while the pulsar cover/clutch cover was champagne anodized, and the overall color balance was also taken into consideration here. The radiator is enlarged and an oil cooler is mounted in front of it, a standard cooling system technique for the ZRX series. The frame slider is made by Moriwaki.

Intake & Exhaust

The gunmetal-colored carburetor is Yoshimura TMR-MJN (with Mikuni TMR, it would be aluminum-colored), which is not only functional, but also conscious of this as part of the color accent.

Chassis

The Front forks are Ohlins φ43mm with gold bottom case. Brakes are Brembo 4-piston calipers + Sunstar discs.

Polished Gale Speed Type-R wheels equipped, Wheelie rear caliper support is compatible with Brembo 2p caliper. The exhaust system is Ohnishi Heat Magic Full Titanium Exhaust, and the step kit is made by STRIKER.

The swingarm is a Wheelie's triple-squared cross section with endurance stand hooks. Rear shocks are Nitron R3 with Okamura ME tuning.
