Lunar Exploration Bike! OVER Racing Exhibits "Luna Rider-1" at Aichi Exhibition

OVER Racing exhibited at the "Mie Prefecture New Partner/New Business Creation Exhibition" held at Toyota Motor Corporation's headquarters in Aichi Prefecture on September 9 and 10, 2026. The lunar exploration bike "Luna Rider-1," for which the company was responsible for vehicle production, was on display.

OVER Racing exhibited at the "Mie Prefecture New Partner/New Business Creation Exhibition" held at the Toyota Motor Corporation Supplier Center in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, for two days on September 9 and 10, 2026. This exhibition was co-hosted by Toyota Motor Corporation and Mie Prefecture, serving as a venue for manufacturing companies within the prefecture to propose their technologies to Toyota Motor Corporation and its affiliated companies.

Thirty-seven companies from within Mie Prefecture exhibited, and OVER Racing participated as one of them. The company states that it is breaking new ground for the potential of motorcycles, going beyond the framework of two-wheeled vehicles by utilizing the technology it has cultivated.

At the company's booth, they displayed the lunar exploration bike "Luna Rider-1," for which OVER Racing handled vehicle production based on the concept by Hamada of RIDE DESIGN. Titanium alloy was used for the handlebars and frame, achieving both the lightweight properties and high rigidity necessary to traverse the rugged terrain of the lunar surface.

This machine brings the metalworking technology cultivated through the production of racing bikes and custom parts into the new field of space. The vehicle was also exhibited at last year's EXPO 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, and at the Tokyo Motorcycle Show this past March, where it was showcased to many visitors. Further developments are highly anticipated.
