The intuition that it was "cute" was the beginning of everything.
This bike, born from love at first sight, has reached its current form over five years.
The owner is Safi, a female staff member at the custom shop TOKYO NEW VINTAGE.
Surrounded by custom bikes every day, she imbues her own bike with her unique sensibility.

Decided on "Cute" Classical White Instantly
The owner encountered the Cross Cub 110 around its release.

Concept: "1980s HONDA Off-Road Bike"
The customization theme is clear.
"I want to make it look like a 1980s HONDA off-road bike."
The XR600R served as the image source.
She was convinced it was "the one" after a quick search and, again, found it "cute."
Incorporating the atmosphere of 80s off-road riding into a modern Cross Cub.
This concept shapes the individuality of this machine.
This vehicle not only features the red, blue, and yellow coloring of the HONDA XR600R but also incorporates an off-road feel.
Coloring Done by "My Own Hands"
The most striking feature of this bike is undoubtedly its coloring.
The exterior has been completely repainted, and all the painting was done by the owner herself.
The exterior, finished with a color scheme reminiscent of 1980s HONDA, exudes a unique presence where nostalgia and modernity coexist.
A Seat with a Focus on "Blue"
Her favorite part is the seat.
As she says, "A blue seat was a must," she chose blue, symbolizing the 80s.
The shade of blue is perfect.
The seat cover uses RDD fabric, showing attention to both appearance and texture.
The seat cover, which is not only colorful but also has a good texture, is the RDD brand, known for its pop custom parts.

The "Distance to the Bike" in Daily Life
When it comes to maintenance, she focuses on tire air pressure and fuel management.
Having experienced a flat tire due to riding with low air pressure in the past, she now makes it a habit to check the air pressure when refueling. She also doesn't have a fuel gauge, so she sometimes runs out of gas if she's not careful. There are times when she realizes she's low on fuel and there isn't a gas station nearby, so checking the fuel level before departing is an essential routine.
Due to past bitter experiences... she is strongly conscious of daily air pressure checks and fuel management.
Feelings Unchanged After 5 Years
Five years have passed since delivery in February 2021.
The period she rode it stock, as well as the process of accumulating customizations, all contribute to the charm of this one bike.
Her words, "I love the Cross Cub 110 at every stage," convey the weight of the time invested.
"My Bike is the Best"
"I never thought I'd find a bike I wouldn't get tired of this much."
She concluded with:
"My bike is the best."
A bike born from an intuitive feeling of "cute," crafted over time.
These words tell the whole story of this Cross Cub 110.
