Moriwaki x Nitron Joint Development! Race Suspension & Fork Cartridge for Honda "CB1000F" Now Available for Order

Moriwaki Engineering has started accepting orders for dedicated suspension for the Honda "CB1000F/SE (2026-)" jointly developed with Nitron. The lineup includes two types: rear shocks specialized for circuit riding and front fork cartridges compatible with both street and circuit use. Prices start from 302,500 yen (tax included).

Dedicated Tuning Combining Moriwaki's Race Data and Nitron's Technology

Dedicated suspension parts for the Honda "CB1000F" and "CB1000FSE" (2026 model onwards) jointly developed by Moriwaki Racing and NITRON (Nitron) have been released. Based on practical data obtained by Moriwaki from circuit riding and racing activities, these are professional-use items that have undergone design and improvements, and have been commercialized after verification in various race scenes.

The rear shock unit "CB1000F'26- MORIWAKI × NITRON RACE PRO VER2" is a circuit riding-only product with optimized damping characteristics specifically for the CB1000F. By reflecting Moriwaki's racing know-how, it achieves a high level of both damping performance specialized for fast riding and durability.

The front fork cartridge "NTR TVT PRO CB1000F" is a special specification based on NITRON's "NTR TVT PRO," with Moriwaki's unique damping tuning and coloring applied. It features Kashima Coat specifications for the cartridge and a DLC damping shaft that minimizes friction, as well as a system that allows for spring replacement while maintaining settings. It is described as a suspension setting that supports a wide range of scenes from street to circuit.

Made-to-order Sales Including Installation for Front Forks

The rear suspension "RACE PRO VER2" (Part Number: 05240-20802-P1) is priced at 302,500 yen (tax included). The product is a race-exclusive part made from materials such as aluminum, and purchases are made-to-order.

The front fork cartridge "NTR TVT PRO CB1000F" (Part Number: 05140-2R802-00) is priced at 347,600 yen (tax included), including installation labor. This product works by having the customer's genuine front fork sent in, replacing the internal cartridge, and then returning it. Removal/installation labor when bringing the vehicle in, and costs for replacing consumables due to the condition of the forks, may be incurred separately.
