[New Product] K2-Tech Releases "TYPE-2" Chamber Exclusively for RZV500R! Three Types with Street-Oriented Power Characteristics & Different Materials

K2-TEC has released the "TYPE-2" chamber developed exclusively for the Yamaha RZV500R. Developed for street use, it emphasizes increased mid-range torque and improved response. Three types are available, differing in material: mirror-finished stainless steel, standard stainless steel, and steel.

RZV Exclusive Chamber Developed Over One Year

The "TYPE-2" chamber from K2-TEC, developed exclusively for the RZV500R. With minimal clearance between the swingarm, chain line, and side stand, and the rear bank chamber routed within the seat cowl, the development involved nearly a year of trial and error. Each piece was crafted and clearances checked to ensure overall space, capacity, and length.

While ensuring sufficient lean angle, the dimensions are designed to fit snugly against the vehicle body. The performance is tuned for street use, not for circuit racing, with an emphasis on increased mid-range torque and improved throttle response. Additionally, spring joints are used on the exhaust pipes to mitigate vibration.

Three types are available, differing in material: mirror-finished stainless steel, standard stainless steel, and steel. These are made to order, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 3 months.
