ARCHI] The ultimate in luxury, expensive and high-strength machined titanium!
PMC, a total producer of Kawasaki Z series and various other motorcycle parts, has been developing the "ARCHI" brand since 2020, paying deep respect to the Z1 of yesteryear, and reexamining the essence of the Z900RS. The "Titanium Series" of machined titanium products, which are the result of the company's new challenge, were on display, attracting much attention with the "Footrest System" and "Suspension Link Plate" for the Z900RS. The complex beauty of the form is achieved by machining from 64 titanium, a high-strength material that is difficult to process. The step in particular attracted a great deal of attention, especially because of its price of "440,000 yen. The step is also top of the line in terms of performance, with sharp and deep knurling and a double bearing that minimizes rattling.
The Titanium Series "Footrest System" (prototype), first unveiled by ARCHI. Machined from 64 titanium, which is expensive and difficult to process, it has an overwhelming presence. The planned price is 440,000 yen! Scheduled for release around summer. https://archi-gi.com/[ /caption]
The step adjustment system is an unusual radial type. A collar is added to the area in front of the heel guard to allow for stepless position adjustment. The pedal arms and other parts of the pedal arms have been thinned out to make them even thinner!

"Aiming for the best step" [/caption
Aiming for the "best step", the company's first radial adjustment is also adopted.
PMC president Masamasa Masamoto explains, "The Z900RS customization market has matured, and super expensive parts such as a 700,000 yen dry clutch are becoming popular in some Z900RS customization circles. We have been producing various machined aluminum parts, but we had not machined high-grade titanium, which is difficult to process. We launched this series because we thought that this kind of product would be accepted now and we could make something more interesting," he says.
PMC president Kensho Masamoto, who agreed to be interviewed on the show floor. The concept is "Aim for the best step!
The material 64Titanium is an alloy of titanium, vanadium, and aluminum, and has a tensile strength 1.7 times greater than that of ordinary pure titanium. Compared to aluminum, it is approximately 1.5 times stronger. Because of its hardness, it takes a long time to machine, and of course, the material is expensive. The specific weight is slightly heavier than aluminum, but the advantage is that it can be made 40% thinner than aluminum because of its hardness. Since this was the company's first time machining titanium, the same amount of thickness as aluminum was left, but the company expects to be able to make the commercial version thinner and lighter. Another topic is the company's first use of a radial type step adjustment system. This time, PMC gave the go-ahead to create the "best step" without worrying about the price. In the future, we will develop a series of parts, mainly under-spring parts that require lightness, such as axle guards. In addition to dress-up items such as radiator caps and steering wheel posts, they are also considering tanning and anodizing. Customization has finally entered the realm of craftsmanship. The Titanium Series is indeed of astonishing quality. The Titanium Series is scheduled to go on sale around summer and will be sold at Titanium Series dealers. The price is more than four times that of the regular Step, but President Masamoto expressed his confidence, saying, "We believe that our customers will find it more than four times as valuable.
Jet-black parts ideal for the Black Ball Edition
The ARCHI booth also displayed a custom 2026 Z900RS Black Ball Edition. The concept of the Black Ball Edition is that it can be easily customized with bolt-ons, and a lot of black parts were installed for the Black Ball.

The intricate details lurking in the shadows highlight the functional beauty. The total cost of the parts is 1,475,210 yen.
The new "Engine Emblem Kit" (70,400 yen). It is machined to create a delicate multiple regular hexagonal design, and offers an even more effective dress-up effect than the conventional sub-frames. Available in black, silver, and gold.
The new "Honeycomb Backstep Premium Model" (prototype, 110,000 yen). It is a full machining specification with intricate cutting design everywhere. It is available in three colors: silver, gold, and black, but the black version was not available in time for the exhibition, so the silver version is being used.
Another new item is the "honeycomb bar end" (16,500 yen), which shines with a texture only possible with machined aluminum. The ARCHI logo is engraved on the end part of the boltless cover structure. Available for stock handlebars and ARCHI handlebars.
The "Long Tail Cowl" provides a more Z1-like tail. A new black color is available to match the factory color of the Black Ball Edition (55,000 yen).
Newly released are the "Multi-Reflector Headlights" (37,400 yen), which can be bolted on. The multi-reflector type can be customized to use H4 bulbs as opposed to the factory LEDs. The model on display has smoked lenses that do not meet vehicle inspection requirements, but clear lenses are also available.
G-Craft] Cantilever the Monkey 125! Aluminum swing arm on display for the first time.
G-Craft, a 4MINI specialist known for its high-quality machined aluminum parts, stunned visitors with a cantilevered swingarm for the Monkey 125 and a machined aluminum frame for the Monkey 50.
The fully customized Monkey 125 that sat in the back of the booth had a cantilevered swingarm mounted on an aluminum frame that was already on sale! https://www.g-craft.com/[ /caption]
The longer swing arm can take the enhanced engine power and makes it easier to change tires. And most importantly, it looks COOL!
Designed with a large curve and escape to the left side. Machined aluminum parts are welded to the trellis structure.
The cantilever arm for the Monkey 125 is a prototype and can be attached to the already released "GC-026" billet aluminum frame (418,000 yen). It has a very prominent look and allows for quick tire removal and attachment. The company says, "We are still in the process of putting a price tag on it, but we are planning to put it on the market. We look forward to further news.
A caliper support that can be fitted with Brembo's GP4 Mini is also planned for production (prototype, price TBD).
Gorgeous and gorgeous! Machined aluminum frame and wheels for the Monkey 50 to be released commercially.
Also on display was the ultra-luxurious machined aluminum frame for the Monkey 50. All parts are machined aluminum and finished to the same size as the stock frame. The down tube, steering damper, and external ignition coil can be bolted on, making it ideal for high-end customization with a stock look. This is also a prototype, but it is planned to go on the market! The 8-inch billet SPITFIRE REVO wheels installed on the vehicle follow the forged 10-inch Spitfire/EVO wheels. This allows for greater freedom in tire selection and simplified handling in the event of a flat tire. A hub damper is also adopted to reduce the burden on the drivetrain and wheel bearings caused by the increased displacement. The sprockets are NSR50 series, allowing greater freedom of setting.
The GC-028 aluminum billet frame for the Monkey 50. It is made entirely from machined aluminum, and the final process is welded by craftsmen. The price is undecided.
The main frame is split vertically. Inside is a truss structure for lightweight & high rigidity. The front side has a hairline finish that looks like a genuine frame, while taking advantage of the machining marks.

[SP Mukawa] CT125's two-piece scrambler muffler and comfort items are shown.
SP Mukawa, one of the leading brands of 4 Mini Parts, displayed various Honda-based 125cc custom models, with a particular focus on the new "CL Style Muffler" for the CT125 Hunter Cub. We were attracted by the two right-hand mufflers reminiscent of the scramblers of yesteryear, such as the CL72. Conventional scrambler mufflers had two exhaust outlets on one silencer, but the new one has two center pipes as well, making it more similar to the CL of yesteryear.

Tank covers are produced using a cold press process that uses male and female molds. Unlike ordinary carbon products, the back side has a smooth gel-coated surface for excellent adhesion and scratch resistance. In addition, the tank end is raised compared to the STD, making it easier to get the upper body down. Price: 44,000 yen (also available in white gel and black gel).
Carbon twill weave front fender (46,200 yen). Aerodynamic performance is improved because the fender itself no longer has dowel holes. The inner tube covers are also larger than stock. Brake ducts are also coming soon (right and left, 42,900 yen each).
