Solid Customization by KITACO

This Monkey is featured in the custom build section, showcasing its construction process by KITACO. While the front and rear fenders have been modified for style, the addition of front and rear carriers significantly enhances luggage capacity. A side bag support is also installed. The handlebar area has been greatly improved for usability with the addition of an accessory mounting bar, USB power source, and multi-function handlebar switches. These modifications are easy to replicate, which is a great advantage.

A front carrier that adds an outdoor image to the Monkey.

A USB power source conveniently located to the right of the meter for charging smartphones and other devices. The LED indicator provides visual satisfaction.

A multi-purpose bar that allows for the attachment of handlebar clamp-type accessories. The ability to change the mounting position of the bar is a key feature.

Original handlebar switches equipped with a hazard switch.

The left and right levers are replaced with aluminum-cut short reach levers. The grip ends are replaced with spinner bar end caps (the red color shown is discontinued).

The front fender is lowered using an original kit.

Big foot pedal covers add a playful touch to the foot area.

Aluminum-cut starter motor cover and oil filler cap add visual accents to the engine.

The rear carrier and its optional side bag support greatly enhance luggage capacity. The slim seat is a KITACO custom seat. Both can be installed with a bolt-on.

A beautifully designed Fender Eliminator Kit Type 2, compliant with new license plate standards.

Monkey Reimagined as a Super Bol d'Or Style by Cats Factory

This striking tri-color Honda-inspired bike was created to replicate the style of the CB Super Bol d'Or on a Monkey. While adhering to the basic configuration of Cats Factory's custom complete bikes (low & long + 10-inch wheels), they have added original bikini cowl and seat cowl to create a unique form. The robust and high-quality suspension components match the bike's overall aesthetic, showcasing the shop's commitment to overall balance.

Handlebars with a low position, adapted from the Grom.

The acclaimed Brembo radial master cylinder is selected.

The front fork is lowered by 5cm. Both the cowl and fender are Cats Factory originals.

The steering damper is also a Cats Factory original.

The engine is equipped with a SP Takegawa high cam, original oil cooler, and power filter. The original side cover with built-in breather system is very race-inspired.

The Cats Factory original exhaust system, "TOGURO," with its unique silencer and long exhaust pipe delivers high performance. The footpegs are also original from the same shop.

The front features a KEPSPEED 4J-10 wheel, RPM 4-piston caliper, and a 200mm floating disc.

The rear wheel is also a KEPSPEED wheel (6J-10) combined with an RPM caliper.

The original 15cm long swingarm is paired with RCB Racing Boy 280mm shocks.

Achieving a Dax-like Custom Style by Special Parts TAKEGAWA

This Dax is partially featured in the custom build section, but it's a high-level custom build throughout. It was created by Special Parts TAKEGAWA, offering excellent practicality alongside abundant power. The engine has been bored out to 145cc and equipped with a high cam, reinforced clutch, and oil pump. Meanwhile, the addition of three carriers enhances both style and utility, making it a comprehensive custom build.

The front carrier and emblem kit transform the front mask.

The meter has been replaced with a Super Multi TFT Meter. Note the handlebar upper holder with a built-in thermometer and the handlebar guards.

The bike has been converted to a manual clutch with a hydro clutch kit.

The popular LED fog lamp kit is mounted on the front fork.

The front brake is enhanced with an original floating disc and a 2-piston caliper.

The Dax-specific center carrier is an original aluminum product that also significantly enhances the look.

The S-Stage α bore-up kit, including a high cam, large injector, and FI controller (FI-Con), increases displacement to 145cc. The compact cool kit is mounted on the head.

A classic scrambler muffler is installed for the exhaust system.

The rear brake has also been changed to a 2-piston caliper. The brake rotor is also from SP Takegawa.

A rear carrier and side bag support are installed, making it suitable for touring. The seat features an easy-to-install original seat cover.

Elevating the Ride with Suspension Upgrades by G-sense

This bike is the personal ride of Mr. Sato, a staff member at G-sense, a specialist suspension shop. It serves as both a demo vehicle for the shop and his daily commuter. Naturally, his "ride" incorporates professional expertise, featuring front and rear Öhlins products. These are not just installed; their settings and specifications have been modified to suit his riding style, significantly enhancing performance. Details like the wheels also contribute, showcasing the impressive skill and professional insight that went into this build.

EFFEX handlebar mounted with MORIWAKI handlebar clamps.

The meter has been replaced with an OPMID multi-function meter.

The wheels are OVER RACING GP-TEN, size 2.70-12. The front fork's inner tubes feature G-WORKS dimple coating for high durability and low friction.

The axle shafts are from ZERO POINT, recommended as highly effective items.

The front fork is set up using Öhlins inner kits, improving rigidity and brake performance. The outer tubes have been color-changed to gunmetal.

The exhaust is a MORIWAKI ROUGH GEAR. The engine features a Special Parts TAKEGAWA filter and has undergone ECU tuning by MotoJP.

An Endurance shift pedal is installed.

The rear suspension is also Öhlins, but the spring has been changed for single-rider use. The body, spring, reservoir tank, and Comp adjuster have been custom-ordered for a unique color scheme.

The rear wheel is also an OVER RACING GP-TEN, size 3.50-15.

An Endurance fender eliminator kit cleans up the rear section.
