The new motorcycle attractions "Off-Road Touring RINDO BIKE" and "KIDS BIKE FIELD" opened on March 3 at Mobility Resort Motegi in Motegi-machi, Tochigi Prefecture. Although it unfortunately rained on the day of the event, the comedy duo "U-jikken" from Tochigi Prefecture and local elementary school students, who appeared as guests, were among the first to experience the new facilities!

A real off-road experience in the nature of satoyama!

Off-road touring RINDO BIKE is a hands-on attraction where visitors ride electric bikes on a 120-meter-long course. The course, which is modeled after a road in a satoyama, has sections that concentrate the real thrill of off-road riding, such as the "undulating downhill road" and the "Kotokoto Bridge. The two members of Ujikakuten, who appeared at the presentation, also demonstrated the appeal of the course by actually driving in the rain. The machines available are electric off-road machines for kids that emit no exhaust gas, allowing them to enjoy adventures while feeling the natural beauty of Motegi. The "Off-Road Touring RINDO BIKE" is targeted at first grade elementary school students and up, and the process of overcoming obstacles by controlling the machine by themselves should give children a great boost of confidence.

A step-up system to support first-time motorcycle debuts

The KIDS BIKE FIELD is a base for children who have never ridden a bike before. 3-year-olds to elementary school students who can ride bicycles without auxiliary wheels learn the basics of operation in a cute design reminiscent of an apiary. A dedicated terrace zone for parents to watch over the children is also a reassuring consideration for families. In addition, a system has been introduced whereby first-grade students who have mastered their skills and earned a license card can challenge the more challenging Lindo Bike and Motorecer. For parents who love motorcycles, this is a great opportunity to introduce their children to real motorcycle culture for the first time. The joy of progressing step by step will be an irreplaceable memory for both parents and their children.

The machine is a mini-sized EV, but it's perfect for learning basic bike controls.

The course is a pop-up world designed around an apiary theme. A terrace for parents is also available.

Although the time required is short, a variety of sections are provided, including "undulating downhill road," "Kotokoto Bridge," and "Gururin Curve."

If you make it through the KIDS BIKE FIELD, you will earn a license card, which will allow you to challenge yourself on more challenging courses. This is an attraction that parents and children can enjoy together for the sake of future good riders.
