Daytona has released the "Electric Speed & Tachometer CUBE," a cube-shaped multifunctional meter that combines a bar graph tachometer and a digital speedometer. Its compact size keeps the area around the handlebars clear, and it is waterproof equivalent to IP67. The price is 30,800 yen (tax included).

Daytona has introduced the "Electric Speed & Tachometer CUBE," a cube-shaped multifunctional meter that combines a bar graph tachometer and a digital speedometer. It features a compact cube-shaped design that makes the area around the handlebars look neat, and is IP67 equivalent waterproof. It comes with the necessary wiring, stays, and switches for installation, making it an easy product for DIY customization. The main speedometer can display from 0 to 399 km/h. The sub-monitor can display tachometer (up to 10000 or 20000 rpm), voltage, ODO, and TRIP meters. In addition to numerical display, the tachometer also supports bar graph display, and has an RPM warning function that blinks the bar graph at a set RPM. In addition, the ODO meter has an initial setting function that allows the user to set any value for the first time only. This is a useful feature when replacing the meter on a used vehicle. The LCD screen is black with white letters for good visibility. It is extremely compact, measuring 50 mm (H) x 50 mm (W) x 25 mm (D), so it should fit neatly around the steering wheel of various types of vehicles.

Installation Notes and Optional Accessories

Wiring modification is required to install this product. Note that this is a general-purpose product and may not work properly even if the installation requirements are met, depending on the car model. If the factory speedometer is a mechanical type, a Denspi conversion adapter or a non-contact speed sensor may be required separately. It should also be noted that the meter cannot be used for point ignition vehicles, 6V vehicles, 12V AC vehicles, or nonmotorcycle vehicles. The ODO meter initialization function is available only for the first time, and cannot be re-set after the second time or after 100 km of driving.
