Affected vehicles can be identified and a list of dealers can be found in the " Service " section of the official KTM website.

Replacement of the side stand spring

KTM advises users to have the side stand spring replaced and rubber protection installed by an authorized KTM dealer. KTM recommends that the side stand be secured with a rubber band as a first aid measure to ensure a safe ride to the dealer.

For some vehicles, a new side stand sensor fixing plate is also installed at the time of delivery, which adjusts the operating range of the side stand switch. The authorized KTM dealer will inform the customer whether or not additional measures are required.
