Stability & High Performance. Can-Am "Spyder/Ryker" 2027 Models Announced for Japan with 7 Vehicles! Equipped with Newly Designed 900cc Engine

BRP Japan has announced the 2027 models of its three-wheeled motorcycle brand "Can-Am Spyder/Ryker." The Ryker series is equipped with a newly designed three-cylinder engine, while the Spyder series adds new colors and features. A total of 7 models are planned for introduction in Japan, with prices starting from 1.87 million yen.

Ryker Series Features Newly Designed Three-Cylinder Engine and Refreshed Design

The Ryker series replaces the conventional two-cylinder engine with the newly designed 900cc three-cylinder engine "ROTAX 900 ACE." The entry model features a 52 horsepower specification, which is said to achieve a riding feel comparable to higher-end models while reducing noise and vibration. Furthermore, the exterior design, including panels, signature lights, and wheels, has been refreshed, and all models feature three-dimensionally sewn seats.

In addition, handling has been improved through increased rigidity in the steering area and chassis, and the control of the Vehicle Stability System (VSS) has been optimized. It is also equipped with a 5-inch color display with enhanced visibility and new LED headlights with a 30% wider beam.

Spyder Series Adopts New Dolomite Gray Color and Updates Navigation Functionality

The "RT Limited Sea-To-Sky" model in the Spyder series is newly equipped with a Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), allowing riders to check tire status while riding. New travel bags and premium seats are also standard equipment. All Spyder series models are equipped with a 10.25-inch touch display, and the "BRP GO!" navigation system app now supports Android devices.

A total of 7 models, including 3 Ryker series models and 4 Spyder series models, are scheduled to be introduced in Japan. The color variations for each model are as follows:

Dolomite Gray

A new color adopted for the "Spyder RT Limited Sea-To-Sky" and "Spyder F3 Limited Special Series." It features a liquid titanium metallic finish that shines in the sunlight.

Carbon Black

The color set for the "Spyder RT Limited."

Circuit Yellow Metallic

The color set for the "Spyder F3-S."

Black

The color set for the three Ryker series models: "900 ACE 6," "Sport," and "Rally."
