At the recently held Osaka Motorcycle Show, Magical Racing, known for their high-quality FRP and carbon products, displayed bodywork parts for the RVF400. This is good news for RVF400 owners, as it is already difficult to obtain stock parts for this bike. Let's take a look at what they have to offer!

RVF400, a racer replica that took to the streets from 1994 to 2000

The RVF400's appearance dates back to the 30th Motorcycle Show in 1993. Originally a sample exhibit, the RVF400 proved so popular that it was put on the market in January of the following year. A 399cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, 90° V-4 DOHC engine, the "NC13E", which had been used on the VF400F (1982) and VFR400R (1986-1993), and delivers a maximum output of 53ps, was mounted on this machine. Based on the technology developed for the works racer RVF750, the engine's sporty performance was further enhanced through improved air intake efficiency.

Not just bodywork! Magical Racing's carbon parts are as perfect as you'd expect!

While many manufacturers are releasing custom parts for new models, Magical Racing boldly brings custom parts for discontinued bikes to the market. Magical Racing's exhibit at the Motorcycle Show this year was a reissue project focusing on parts for classic bikes from the 80s and 90s. As the series is called "Street & Racing Bodywork," there are two categories of parts to choose from: race-specific parts and street-use parts. The cowl exhibited here is made of FRP and painted with the original paint, giving it a racer-replica feel. The cowl originally comes in black gel, so you can enjoy painting it in your own style. Of course, you can also use it as is. Magical Racing also has an established reputation for custom parts using carbon fiber. Carbon is used for the fenders as well as some of the other parts for this bike, giving a racer-like impression and emphasizing the custom look.

Yamamoto Racing's new semi-full exhaust system is also noteworthy!

The RVF demo bike was also equipped with Yamamoto Racing's new TI 4-2-1 Carbon semi-full exhaust system. The exhaust pipes are 4-2-1 and made of titanium, while the silencer is carbon. In fact, they have previously released a "TI 4-2-1" that included a titanium silencer as well. This is the first time a titanium & carbon specification has been offered, so those who are interested should definitely check it out.
