KOVE-JAPAN plans to launch the KOVE 450 ENDURO Re in Japan in August 2026, an off-road motorcycle that can be driven on public roads, boasting the threat of a "semi-dry weight of 120 kg and maximum output of 47.5 PS.

Features of the KOVE 450 ENDURO Re

The 450 ENDURO Re was developed based on KOVE's MX450 motocrosser and achieves the strongest level of specifications for a public road-going off-road motorcycle, with a half-dry weight of 120 kg and maximum output of 47.5 PS, while meeting EURO5+ environmental performance standards.The vehicle name was changed from "DUAL SPORT" to the current "ENDURO Re" at EICMA 2025, with "Re" being an abbreviation for "Regular.

Engine.

The liquid-cooled 4-stroke SOHC single-cylinder 449cc engine delivers a high power of 47.5 PS even with EURO5+. The exhaust pipe looks like a two-stroke chamber at first glance, but this is because it incorporates a catalyzer for exhaust gas purification (two O2 sensors are attached before and after the catalyzer in accordance with EURO5+ regulations)

Vehicle body

Double cradle frame made of HC700 high strength steel + aluminum subframe weighs 120 kg. A rider of 173 cm in height and 75 kg in weightcan stand on both toes. The tank capacity of the ENDURO is 9.5 liters, which is larger than the 6.5 liters of the MX450 motocrosser.

Suspension

Fully adjustable YU-AN suspension is installed front and rear. The stroke is "310mm front, 290mm rear," which is the same full spec for the public road-use ENDURO RE as for the competition ENDURO.
