The Suzuki 100th Anniversary Color GSX-R1000R custom by Technical Garage RUN underwent the "Technical Garage RUN Version Up Complete" to enhance weight reduction, operability, and quality, with a focus on the control system and suspension. Despite the growing availability of aftermarket parts compatible with each model, which have bolt-on installation, in this case, it involves more than just fitting a set of these parts. Even if the parts and brands are the same, the selection and the high precision of assembly define the characteristics of a Version Up Complete. Furthermore, the total setup after completion adds another dimension to the machine.

"The complete bikes we offer are tailor-made. This means that we select parts and build the bike according to the owner's needs and riding style. The parts are chosen from our trusted selection, so they are predetermined to some extent, but the settings are made not only based on the owner's physique but also on their speed range and operating habits. Therefore, even if it is the same GSX-R1000R, the finished bike will have a character tailored to each owner," says Mr. Sugimoto of TG-RUN. In the case of this machine, since the owner also goes to the race track, the settings were made so that it can be ridden safely and enjoyably, while also being stress-free on the streets. 'Tailor-made' is also reflected in TG-RUN's maintenance menu, so even if the model and the owner are the same, changes can be made according to shifts in riding style. Many owners continue to use the "Version Up Complete" for a long time. Handle

The Carbon Trim Windshield is Magical Racing. A Suzuki S mark has been added to the front center of the cowl. The wire clutch holder is stock and a low profile Daytona USB port has been added.

The meter, stem and handlebars are stock. A RAM mounting base is attached to the top of the stem to suit the owner's needs. The steering damper is also replaced with an Ohlins SD030.

The front master cylinders are Brembo Racing. This part highly benefits from the good touch and braking on the track, and for touring and daily use. The pivot pin retaining processing is a TG-RUN standard.

Bodyworks

The tank end and tank side covers along with the front/rear fenders are equipped with Magical Racing's carbon twill weave.

The seat, with side leather matched to the body color, is a TG-RUN Sport & Comfort Seat. The front area is processed for better footing, and the combination of the leather and internal sponge increases comfort and hold, as well as maneuverability.

Engine

The 999cc four-cylinder engine and aluminum twin-spar frame are stock, but GB Racing Engine Covers are added to the left and right sides of the engine. Etching Factory's Radiator Core Guard is also added to the upper and lower radiator to prevent any unwanted troubles.

Chassis

The step is a TG-RUN Riding Step Kit, which provides a firm footing for peace of mind. It also greatly enhances the sense of control.

The front forks are replaced with Ohlins FGRT224 for better operability and setting, and the front brakes are Brembo Racing CNC Calipers + TG-RUN x Sunstar Works Expand Disc.

The rear shocks are Ohlins TTXGP2018, and the front and rear wheels are forged Marchesini Aluminum M7RS with 3.50-17/6.00-17 size.
