CB-F x 17 inch Standard Style: CB750F Custom

Vintage motorcycle owners often seek out custom shops specializing in their particular model. TTR MOTORS is one such shop that specializes in the Honda CB750F. Today, we would like to introduce an AMA Superbike-style CB750F built by TTR MOTORS.

In line with this, TTR MOTORS focused on the chassis and frame. Yamaha XJR parts were used for the front, Suzuki parts for the rear, and the rear shock mount was modified with a "raidown" process to change the lever ratio and increase stroke. The stock engine is in good condition.

Handle

The meter layout is based on the Japanese specifications. A CB750F and a Yoshimura Progress meter have been added. The steering stem is an aftermarket product for the XJR1200 and is set up to match the 17-inch wheels of the CB750F. The handlebars have been changed to a bar type, and a Brembo radial master cylinder is installed.

Engine

The engine is the stock CB750F engine, which is in good condition. A hydraulic clutch kit from Metal Gear Works has been installed. An oil cooler and K-FACTORY sliders have been added, and the covers have also been modified.

Intake & Exhaust

The carburetors, which retain the appearance of the genuine parts, are the latest Honda OEM models, which have become standard at TTR MOTORS for the CB750F and are well-received. They are used in conjunction with the air filter specification.

Chassis

Woodstock rearsets are installed. The frame is basically unmodified, but the upper mount of the rear shock has been lowered.

The Φ43mm inner tube front forks and hollow 3-spoke 3.50-17 inch wheels are modified from genuine XJR1200 parts. The black front calipers are Brembo Axial Cast P4 30/34 and are used with XJR1200 stock brake discs.

The swingarm and the 5.50-17 size rear wheel are from a 1991 and 1992 GSX-R1100, front and rear 17-inch, to create dimensions that allow the bike to run well.

The rear brake is also from a 1991 and 1992 GSX-R1100. The rear shocks are YSS G366 with black body and black springs. A Keis MC megaphone is used for the exhaust system.
